Orders placed before 13:30 on business days ship the same day. Orders placed later, or over weekends and holidays, move to the next business day. Once processing is complete, you will receive an email with your order confirmation number.

If you receive a package with visible external damage or a compromised security seal, please take photos of the issue and contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery. The company will replace the product immediately at no additional cost.
