The goods

Natural dietary supplements and botanical complexes in herbal capsule form, intended exclusively for the daily support of nutritional balance and general well-being. Individual product pages specify composition, quantity, and presentation. Photographic depictions are indicative, and the final packaging may show minor differences.

Ordering and contract

An order is placed upon completion of the payment process. Email confirmation follows, while the contract is concluded when the products are dispatched. We reserve the right to decline an order due to stock shortages or verification issues, with an immediate refund of any amounts paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout prior to payment. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it prior to dispatch, offering you the option to confirm or cancel.

Delivery

Available delivery methods, timeframes, and shipping fees are detailed in the Delivery and Payment section. Responsibility for the items transfers to you upon physical delivery.

Product images and colours

Images of herbal products show actual batches we distribute. Color variations on screen depend on display settings and ambient lighting, so a slight difference in tone does not constitute a defect or justify a return at our expense. Ingredients, cellular support attributes, and composition are accurately listed on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We maintain full responsibility for the parcel until it is delivered by the courier service to you or an authorized recipient. From that point on, the recipient bears the risk of loss or damage. Visible external transit damage must be recorded upon delivery and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You have the right to return items within 30 days of receipt by following the procedure outlined in the relevant section. Velesn Botanical Products P.C. guarantees the legal compliance of its botanical products in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and Law 2251/1994. The warranty covers the quality of the raw materials and the integrity of the factory seal up to the indicated minimum shelf life date.

• Custom-made products or special orders prepared to consumer specifications.
• Goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short expiration date.
• Sealed botanical preparations and dietary supplements that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection and biosafety reasons.
• Goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
• Digital content or services that have already been delivered with the user's explicit consent.

Liability

The company's civil liability for any claim for compensation is expressly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order or to the amount of 100 €, whichever is lower. Nothing in this document shall limit liabilities that are legally non-negotiable by nature.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 years of age to complete an order. Herbal preparations should be taken according to the package instructions and do not replace professional medical advice under any circumstances.

Governing law and disputes

This contract is governed exclusively by Greek law and applicable EU consumer protection legislation. The courts of Athens are designated as competent for resolving any dispute. If a dispute is not resolved through direct dialogue, jurisdiction belongs to the courts of the company's registered seat, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights in your place of residence.
